My Story
I am a senior accredited member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and a of BSCH (British Association of Clinical Hypnotherapists).
I have lived life as a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a friend, a colleague, a student and a teacher.
I have experienced many ups and downs in my own life and have felt angry, sad, frighten, happy, helpless and empowered and all the other emotions that comes with living those roles.
This is why I fully understand that in life's roller coaster we all need support at sometimes.
Counselling is a way of reaching out for that helping hand, it is a way of finding new tools to support us along our way. It's also a perfect way to empty all the years of collected unwanted emotional garbage.
I started my journey towards being a counsellor 25 years ago. I am trained as Counselling Supervisor, as a Psychotherapist, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a mindfulness therapist.
I work with individuals as well as groups in providing counselling sessions, counselling supervision, workshops, support group facilitation, advice on dealing with eating disorders for parents, careers and sufferer. My specific interests are; anxiety, self esteem issues, loss, phobias, , teenage depression, self harm, and weight control.
I am committed to keep counselling affordable to all and that is why I have put in place concessions for people who are on benefit or are students. please contact if it is applicable to you.
